1. Requesting a Return or Exchange:
You may request a return or exchange within 10\ndays of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original\ncondition—unused, unopened, and with intact packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect\norder, please contact us immediately. We’ll issue a full refund,\nincluding shipping and any applicable taxes, once the item is returned in its\noriginal condition.
3. Exchange Process:

- If the\n replacement product is higher in price, the difference will need to be\n paid. If it’s lower, the difference will be refunded.
- For courier\n deliveries (e.g., SMSA, Aramex), we’ll send a return label to attach to\n the parcel, which can be dropped off at the same courier.
- If delivered by\n a Glow More representative, we’ll arrange pickup directly from you.
4. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery:

If a wrong address was provided or the courier\ncouldn’t reach you and the order was returned, the customer will be responsible\nfor any return and reshipping fees.
